We will send a design proof for approval to the email on file. Design proofs are typically sent within 5–7 business days.
To get started, please send:
- Photo(s) of your pet(s) and their ears
- Their name(s) (any number of pets at no additional charge)
Email everything to julie@barkleyandwagz.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Design details & revisions
Please ensure the photo(s) you send are your absolute favorites and clearly show your pet’s ears and features. One clear, front‑facing photo per pet is recommended so we don’t choose an image that isn’t your favorite.
We can draw any kind of animal, so if you have other pets you’d like to add, feel free to send those photos too.
We include one free round of design revisions per order. Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision and requires redrawing your pet. Additional revision rounds beyond the first free set are billed at $10, invoiced to the email provided.
Simple changes that are free and not counted as full design revisions include:
- Name changes
- Font changes
- Design arrangement
- Changing the order of pets
