Design process & revisions
Please make sure the photos you send are your absolute favorites and best represent your pup, cat, or other pet’s ears and features. One front-facing photo per pet is recommended so we don’t choose one you don’t love. We can draw any kind of animal—dogs, cats, and more—so feel free to send photos of any pets you’d like included.
Due to high demand, we now allow one free set of design revisions per order. Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision and requires redrawing your pet. Additional revision sets are billed at $10 each to the email provided.
The following changes are considered simple, free updates (not full revisions): • Name change
• Font changes
• Design arrangement changes
• Changing the order of pets
