If you’d like one of our custom graphics from the chart, please upload a photo to our file uploader. For multiple photos, upload them as a compressed ZIP file. If you have any trouble, simply email your pet’s photo/s to julie@barkleyandwagz.com.
We’ll send a design proof for approval to the email on file before printing.
Design process & revisions
Please ensure that the photos you send are your absolute favorite photos of your pup, cat, or other pet and best represent their ears’ appearance and shape. One front-facing photo per pet is recommended so we don’t pick a photo you don’t love. We can draw any kind of animal—dogs, cats, and more—so feel free to send photos of any pets you’d like included.
Due to high demand, we now allow one free set of design revisions per order. Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision, since it requires redrawing your pet. If you need changes beyond the first free set of design revisions, we bill a $10 fee to the email provided.
The following changes are considered simple, free updates (not full revisions): • Name change
• Font changes
• Design arrangement changes
• Changing the order of pets
