To customize your tote, simply upload your favorite photo of your pet using our file uploader. For multiple pets or several photos, please upload them as a compressed zip file. If you have any trouble, you can email your images directly to julie@barkleyandwagz.com. We’ll send a design proof to the email on file so you can review and approve your pet’s portrait before it’s printed.
Please review before purchase: • Design proof processing time is 5–7 business days due to high demand. • Send clear, front-facing photos that best show your pet’s appearance and shape. • We can draw any kind of animal—dogs, cats, horses, small pets, and more. • One set of design revisions is included free with each order. Any change to the drawing itself requires redrawing and counts as a revision. Additional revision rounds are available for a $10 fee billed to the email provided. • Simple updates such as name spelling, font changes, design arrangement, or changing the order of pets are free and do not count as full revisions.
