- Our artist hand‑draws your pet as vector art—these are not auto‑generated or filtered designs.
- We’ll email you a design proof so you can request changes. The first round of revisions is free. If you’d like us to redo the art from a different photo after that, it’s $10 per additional revision round, invoiced to the email on file.
Because each portrait is time‑intensive and digitally illustrated just for you, these totes are non‑refundable.
