• Please choose your favorite, front‑facing photo per pet so we capture their true ear shape and expression
• One set of design revisions is included free with your order (any change to the drawing itself counts as a revision and requires redrawing your pet)
• Additional revision sets are available for a $10 fee, billed to the email provided
• Simple, free tweaks (not full redraws): name change, font change, design arrangement, or changing the order of pets
