The “Add‑On or Existing” option is for customers purchasing this sweatshirt along with another full color dog ear item, ordering multiple sweatshirts with the same new design (for example, one full‑price 1 Pet sweatshirt plus additional add‑on sweatshirts), or using an existing full color dog ears design we already have on file. Once your full color design is created, we keep it on file so you can reuse it on future orders.
So we can customize this with your pet’s ears, please upload clear photos using our file uploader. For multiple photos, upload a compressed ZIP file, or email your pet’s photo(s) and order number to julie@barkleyandwagz.com. You can also send paw print photos and your pet’s name(s). We’ll send a design proof for approval to the email on file before printing.
ABOUT PHOTOS & REVISIONS • Please send your absolute favorite photos that best represent your pup, cat, or other pet and their true ear shape and coloring (one front‑facing photo per pet is recommended).
• We can draw any kind of animal—dogs, cats, horses, bunnies, and more.
• Due to high demand, we now include one set of free design revisions per order. Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision and requires redrawing your pet.
• Additional revision sets are available for a $10 fee, billed to the email provided.
• Simple tweaks that are free and not full redraws: name change, font change, design arrangement, or changing the order of pets.
SIZING NOTES These sweatshirts run true to size, with the exception of the hoodies, which run larger—we recommend sizing down in hoodies. Please refer to the size chart in the listing photos for detailed measurements.
