To customize, upload clear side profile photos of each pet using our file uploader. For multiple photos, we recommend a compressed ZIP file. Please choose your absolute favorite photos that best represent your pets so we don’t pick a reference that isn’t your top choice. We can draw any kind of animal, so feel free to include every member of your furry (or feathery, or scaly!) family.
Due to high demand, design proofs currently take 5–7 business days. You’ll receive one free set of design revisions; changes to the drawing itself require redrawing your pet(s) and count as a paid revision. Simple changes like names, fonts, layout, or pet order are free.
