- A design proof is emailed for approval to the address on file—please review carefully before we print
- Choose photos that are your absolute favorites and best represent your pup or cat; one clear, front‑facing photo per pet is recommended so we don’t pick a reference that isn’t your favorite
- We can draw any kind of animal, so feel free to send photos of other pets you’d like added
- Due to high demand, we now allow one free set of design revisions per order; any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision and requires redrawing your pet
- Additional drawing revisions beyond the first free set are billed as a $10 fee to the email provided, while simple changes like name changes, font changes, design arrangement, or changing the order of pets are treated as minor tweaks and are free
