So we can customize this with your pet's nose, please upload a photo to our file uploader. For multiple photos, you will need to upload as a compressed zip file. If you have any trouble with this, simply email your pet's photo/s to julie@barkleyandwagz.com. We will send a design proof for approval to the email on file.
Please also let us know if you want to be shown five custom fonts (fonts not shown on page #3... $5 extra). We will send an invoice to your email for the extra $5.
Once the design is finalized, please let us know if you would like it in any forms other than a .jpeg (i.e an .svg cut file, .eps, etc.)
If you didn't get your pet's nose print before they passed, we'd love to help!
Here's what you do:
1) Send a clear photo of your pet (nose in view) via message after purchase or to julie [!at] barkleyandwagz.com. Let us know if you'd like the name added and if so, what design style (see page #3)
2) Our artist does her thing! <3 These prints are hand-done vector art that is NOT computer generated
3) Let us know if you need any changes. The first round of changes is free! If after the first revision round you need this re-done from a different photo, it is $10 per revision round and we will send an invoice to the email on file. Due to the time intensive/digital nature of these, these are non-refundable.
4) Once the design is finalized, let us know the format you'd like this in! i.e. JPG, PNG, EPS, SVG. We'll then upload to Etsy's portal and you'll receive a download link via email.
