- Include your order number in the email subject line so we can match photos to your order
- Choose photo/s that are your absolute favorites and best represent each pet’s appearance and shape
- One front-facing photo per pet is recommended so we don’t pick a reference image that isn’t your favorite
- We can draw any kind of animal—dogs, cats, and other pets are all welcome
- One free set of design revisions per order; any change to the drawing itself counts as a revision
- Additional drawing revisions beyond the first free set are billed at $10 per round to the email provided
- Simple, free changes (not counted as full design revisions) include name changes, font changes, design arrangement, and changing the order of pets
