To customize with your pets’ portraits, please upload photo(s) using our file uploader. For multiple photos or angles, compress your images into a single ZIP file before uploading. If you have any trouble, simply email your pets’ photo(s) to julie@barkleyandwagz.com. We’ll send a design proof for approval to the email on file.
Before you purchase, please review:
- Send photo(s) that are your absolute favorites and best show each pet’s face and personality
- One clear front‑facing photo per pet is recommended so we don’t choose images that aren’t your favorites
- We can draw any kind of animal—dogs, cats, horses, bunnies, and more
- We’re happy to include multiple pets at no additional charge
Revisions policy:
- One set of design revisions is free per order
- Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision and requires redrawing your pets
- Additional drawing changes after the first free set incur a $10 revision fee (billed to the email provided)
- These are considered simple, free changes and not full design revisions: name change, font changes, design arrangement, or changing the order of pets
