To get this customized, please upload a clear photo to our file uploader. For multiple pets, upload your images as a compressed ZIP file. If you have any trouble with this, simply email your pet’s photo/s to julie@barkleyandwagz.com.
We will send a design proof for approval to the email on file before printing.
Design process & revisions
Please ensure that the photo/s you send are your absolute favorite photos of your pup, cat, or other pet and best represent their appearance and shape. One side profile photo per pet is recommended so we don’t pick a photo you don’t love. We can draw any kind of animal—dogs, cats, and more—so feel free to send photos of any pets you’d like included.
Due to high demand, we now allow one free set of design revisions per order. Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision, since it requires redrawing your pet. If you need changes beyond the first free set of design revisions, we bill a $10 fee to the email provided.
The following changes are considered simple, free updates (not full revisions): • Name change
• Font changes
• Design arrangement changes
• Changing the order of pets
