If you’d like a custom design on the sleeve (see chart), please upload a photo to our file uploader after checkout. For multiple photos, upload them as a single compressed ZIP file. If you have any trouble, you can email your pet’s photo(s) to julie@barkleyandwagz.com with your order number in the subject line.
We’ll send a design proof to the email on file for approval before we print. Choose photos that are your absolute favorites and best represent your pup or cat’s appearance and shape. For custom poses, one sploot photo per pet is recommended so we don’t pick a reference that isn’t your favorite. We can draw any kind of animal, so if you have other pets you’d like to add, feel free to send those photos too.
Due to high demand, we now allow one free set of design revisions per order. Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision and requires redrawing your pet. Additional drawing revisions beyond the first free set are billed as a $10 fee to the email provided. Simple changes like name changes, font changes, design arrangement, or changing the order of pets are treated as minor tweaks and are free.
