The add on or existing option is if you are purchasing this with another color pet ear item, purchasing multiple tees with a new design (for example, you would purchase one 2 Pets t shirt and then choose “Add on or Existing” if you would like the same design on multiple shirts), or if you have an existing full color pet ears design on file with us.
For multiple pets, there is a ten dollar extra fee per pet. If you have more than seven pets you would like included, please message us for a price quote. Our color pet ears are digitally hand drawn and more time consuming than our regular line art ears. Once your design is completed, we keep it on file and can use it on future orders.
Due to high demand, our design proof processing times are currently five to seven business days.
So we can customize this with your pet’s ears, please upload reference photos to the file uploader or send photos of your pet or pets to julie@barkleyandwagz.com along with their name or names if you would like that included. Please include your order number in the subject line. You can also let us know if you prefer a different font or design elements (examples are shown in the chart) and whether you would like the design full size or pocket sized.

Please ensure that the photos you send are your absolute favorite photos of your pup, cat, or other pet and best represent their ears’ appearance and shape. One front facing photo per pet is recommended so we do not pick a photo to draw from that is not your favorite. We can draw any kind of animal, so if you have other animals you would like to add, feel free to send the photos over.
Also, due to high demand, we now allow only one set of free revisions per order. Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision. Because of the way we draw these, any change to the drawing requires redrawing your pet altogether and so revisions take time. If you need any changes beyond the first free set of design revisions, we bill a ten dollar fee to the email provided. These, however, are considered simple, free changes and not full design revisions: name change, font changes, design arrangement, or changes to the order of pets.
