Design process & photos
Please ensure that the photo/s you send are your absolute favorite photos of your pup, cat, or other pet and best represent their appearance and shape. • One front‑facing photo per pet is recommended so we don’t pick a photo you don’t love.
• We can draw any kind of animal—dogs, cats, and more—so feel free to send photos of any pets you’d like included.
• Clear, well‑lit photos with your pet’s face in focus work best.
Due to high demand, our design proof processing time is 5–7 business days. We’ll email a design proof to the address on file for your approval before printing.
Revisions policy
Because of the time involved in drawing each pet, we now allow one free set of design revisions per order. Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision, since it requires redrawing your pet and takes time.
If you need changes beyond the first free set of design revisions, we bill a $10 fee to the email provided.
The following are considered simple, free changes (not full design revisions): • Name change
• Font changes
• Design arrangement changes
• Changing the order of pets
