- To add ears, upload a photo of your pet’s ears to our file uploader after checkout (multiple photos should be uploaded as a single compressed ZIP file)
- If you have trouble uploading, email pet photo/s to julie@barkleyandwagz.com with your order number in the subject line
- We’ll send a design proof for approval to the email address on file—please review carefully before we print
- Choose photo/s that are your absolute favorites and best represent your pup or cat’s ears’ appearance and shape
- One front-facing photo per pet is recommended so we don’t pick a reference image that isn’t your favorite
- We can draw any kind of animal, so feel free to send photos of other pets you’d like included
- Due to high demand, we now allow one free set of design revisions per order; any change to the drawing itself counts as a revision
- Additional design revisions beyond the first free set are billed at $10 per round to the email provided
- Simple, free changes (not counted as full design revisions) include name changes, font changes, design arrangement, and changing the order of pets
