- If you have any trouble uploading, email your pet’s photo/s to julie@barkleyandwagz.com with your order number in the subject line
- We’ll send a design proof for approval to the email address on file before printing
- Please choose photo/s that are your absolute favorites and best represent your pet’s appearance and shape
- We recommend one front-facing photo per pet so we don’t choose a reference image that isn’t your favorite
- We can draw any kind of animal—dogs, cats, and other pets are all welcome
- Due to high demand, we now allow one free set of design revisions per order
- Any change to the drawing itself (face, ears, pose, etc.) is considered a design revision and requires redrawing your pet
- Additional design revisions beyond the first free set are billed at $10 per round to the email provided
- Simple changes that do not count as full design revisions include: name changes, font changes, design arrangement, or changing the order of pets
