New Design vs. Add‑On/Existing
• If you have already had a pet ears outline design made with us or you are buying this with another pet ears item, there is no extra art cost – choose Add‑On or Existing.
• If we have not yet made an outline design for you, there is a 15 dollar one time art fee – choose New Design. You can reuse this design on future orders.
Due to high demand, our design proof processing times have been changed to 5–7 business days.
How customization works
So we can customize this with your pet's ears, please upload a photo to our file uploader. For multiple photos, you will need to upload them as a compressed zip file. If you have any trouble with this, simply email your pet's photo or photos to julie@barkleyandwagz.com. We will send a design proof for approval to the email on file.
If you would like a custom shape or color for your sticker or tag, please also let us know via email so we can adjust the design.

Ordering
To order, select your sticker or tag style and Design Type (New Design or Add‑On/Existing), place the item in your cart, and add your pet’s name (and any wording or color requests) in Notes to Seller at checkout.
Shipping
Stickers and tags will ship within 3–5 business days via First Class Mail after your proof is approved.
