Every piece is printed to order with your pet’s unique ears for a truly one-of-a-kind set.

How personalization works At checkout, please fill out the personalization box with: • Shirt: color, size, and design choice • Sweatshirt: color, design, how you’d like it printed, and hoodie or crew • Bookmarks: which design you’d like for each bookmark • Tote: black or natural, and which design you’d like

To customize with your pet’s ears, upload a clear, front-facing photo using our file uploader. For multiple pets, compress the images into a single zip file. If you run into any issues, you can email your photos directly to julie@barkleyandwagz.com.

Design proof & revisions We’ll send a design proof to the email on file within 5–7 business days. Please send your pet photos and their names (we allow any number of pets at no extra charge) and include your order number in the subject line. You can also request a different font (see examples in the chart) and specify how you’d like your sweatshirt printed (for example, paw print on sleeve, pocket-sized dog ears on the front, etc.).

We include one free round of design revisions per order. Because each pet illustration is hand-drawn, changes to the drawing itself are considered a revision and require redrawing. Additional revision rounds are available for a $10 fee billed to the email provided. Simple changes such as name spelling, font changes, design arrangement, or the order of pets are free and not counted as full revisions.

Fit & sizing Our sweatshirts run true to size, with the exception of hoodies, which run slightly larger. We recommend sizing down for hoodies if you prefer a more fitted look. Please refer to the size chart at the end of the listing for measurements.

Processing & shipping Due to the custom nature of this box and current demand, please allow 1–2 weeks for shipment after proof approval.
