Return Policy 

NON-CUSTOM ITEMS (items that have no customized wording or art) can be returned within 15 days of purchase. We offer free returns for domestic orders within this time frame. For non-domestic orders, a shipping label will be provided after an invoice is paid for the shipping costs. Please contact julie@barkleyandwagz.com with your order number in the subject title to arrange a return. Once returned, you will receive an account credit within 1-2 days.

Exchange Policy

NON-CUSTOM ITEMS (items that have no customized wording or art) can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. We offer free exchanges for domestic orders within this time frame. For non-domestic orders, a shipping label will be provided after an invoice is paid for the shipping costs. Please contact julie@barkleyandwagz.com to arrange an exchange. Once the exchange is sent and the tracking number has updated, we will send your exchange within 1-2 days.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within a 1-2 week time frame from the date of purchase. If you need your order within a certain time frame, please leave a note in the personalization box or email us at julie@barkleyandwagz.com with your order number in the subject line. This is especially important for custom orders during the holiday season.

Our order cutoff for Christmas orders is Dec. 10th unless the item is a part of one of these categories:
