- Sweatshirts run true to size; hoodies run larger, so we recommend sizing down

To customize, please send your favorite photos of your pet’s ears and paw or nose prints to julie@barkleyandwagz.comalong with their name(s) and your order number in the subject line. We recommend one clear, front‑facing photo per pet that best represents their ears or features so we don’t choose an image that isn’t your favorite. We can draw any animal, so feel free to include every member of your furry (or feathery, or scaly) family.
Due to high demand, proofs currently take 5–7 business days. You’ll receive one free set of design revisions; any change to the drawing itself requires redrawing your pet and is considered a paid revision. Simple changes such as names, fonts, design arrangement, or pet order are free.
