- Sweatshirts are premium 50/50 cotton‑poly sponge fleece (Bella + Canvas)
- Sweatshirts run true to size; hoodies run larger, so we recommend sizing down

To customize, please upload your pet’s photos using our file uploader. For multiple photos, use a compressed ZIP file. If you have any trouble, email your pet’s photo(s), paw or nose prints, and their name(s) to julie@barkleyandwagz.com and include your order number in the subject line. Let us know if you’d like a different font (examples shown in the chart) and how you’d like your apparel printed (for example, paw print on sleeve, pocket‑sized dog ears on the front).
Please ensure the photos you send are your absolute favorites and best represent your pet’s ears, features, and markings. One clear, front‑facing photo per pet is recommended so we don’t choose an image that isn’t your top choice. We can draw any kind of animal, so if you have other animals you’d like to add, feel free to send their photos too.
Due to high demand, proofs currently take 5–7 business days. You’ll receive one free set of design revisions; any change to the drawing itself requires redrawing your pet and is considered a paid revision. Simple changes such as names, fonts, design arrangement, or pet order are free. If you need additional revisions beyond the first free set, a $10 fee will be billed to the email provided.
