- If you have trouble uploading, email your pet’s photo/s to julie@barkleyandwagz.com with your order number in the subject line
- We’ll send a design proof for approval to the email address on file before printing
- Choose photo/s that are your absolute favorites and best represent your pup or cat’s ears’ appearance and shape; one front‑facing photo per pet is recommended
- We can draw any kind of animal, so feel free to include other pets you’d like added
- Due to high demand, we now allow one free set of design revisions per order; any change to the drawing itself counts as a revision
- Additional drawing revisions beyond the first free set are billed at $10 per round; simple changes like name, font, layout, or pet order are free and don’t count as full revisions
