- A design proof is emailed for approval to the address on file—please review carefully before we print
- Choose photos that are your absolute favorites and best represent your pup or cat’s appearance and shape; one clear, front‑facing photo per pet is recommended
- We can draw any kind of animal, so feel free to include other pets you’d like added
- Includes one free set of design revisions; any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision and requires redrawing your pet
- Additional drawing revisions beyond the first free set are billed at $10 per round, while simple tweaks like name, font, layout, or pet order are free and don’t count as full revisions
