- Due to high demand, design proofs are processed in 5–7 business days and emailed to the address on your order
- Upload your favorite reference photos via our file uploader, or email photo(s) and pet name(s) to julie@barkleyandwagz.com with your order number in the subject line
- Let us know if you’d like a different font or design elements (see chart) and whether you prefer a full front or pocket‑sized design
- Choose photos that are your absolute favorites and best show your pup or cat’s ears; one clear, front‑facing photo per pet is recommended
- We can draw any kind of animal, so feel free to send photos of other pets you’d like added
- Includes one free set of design revisions; any change to the drawing itself counts as a revision and requires redrawing your pet
- Additional drawing revisions beyond the first free set are billed at $10 per round, while simple tweaks like name, font, layout, or pet order are free and don’t count as full revisions
