More info about the design process
Due to high demand, our design proof processing times have been updated to 5–7 business days.
Please send your photo(s) by email to julie@barkleyandwagz.com, which is our preferred method. Make sure the photos you send are your absolute favorites and best represent your pup, cat, or other pet’s appearance and shape. One front-facing photo per pet is recommended so we don’t choose a photo you don’t love.
We can draw any kind of animal, so if you have other pets you’d like to add, feel free to send those photos too!
Revisions policy
Because of the time involved in drawing each pet, we now allow one free set of design revisions per order. Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision, since it requires redrawing your pet from scratch.
If you need changes beyond the first free set of design revisions, we bill a $10 fee to the email provided.
The following are considered simple, free changes (not full design revisions): • Name change
• Font changes
• Design arrangement changes
• Changing the order of pets

These hoodies run slightly large. Size down for a true-to-size fit. For crewnecks, we recommend sticking with your regular size. If you’re concerned about sizing, please request a size chart via convo.
