To customize this tee with your pet’s ears, please upload a clear photo to our file uploader. For multiple photos, upload them as a compressed ZIP file. If you have any trouble with this, simply email your pet’s photo/s to julie@barkleyandwagz.com. We will send a design proof for approval to the email on file before printing.
Design process & revisions
Please review the following for more info about the design process: • Make sure the photo(s) you send are your absolute favorite photos of your pup, cat, or other pet and best represent their ears’ appearance and shape.
• One front-facing photo per pet is recommended so we don’t pick a photo to draw from that isn’t your favorite.
• We can draw any kind of animal—dogs, cats, and more—so feel free to send photos of any pets you’d like included.
Due to high demand, we now allow one free set of design revisions per order. Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision, since it requires redrawing your pet and takes time.
If you need changes beyond the first free set of design revisions, we bill a $10 fee to the email provided.
The following are considered simple, free changes (not full design revisions): • Name change
• Font changes
• Design arrangement changes
• Changing the order of pets
