If you’ve already had a pet ears design made with us, or you’re buying this towel along with another pet ears item, there is no extra design cost. If we have not yet created an outline/design for you, there is a one-time $15 fee—you can reuse that design on future orders.
To customize with your pet’s ears:
- Upload a clear photo through our file uploader (for multiple photos, please upload as a compressed ZIP file)

We’ll send a design proof for approval to the email on file. Due to high demand, design proof processing times are currently 5–7 business days.
About the design:
- Drawn by hand from your pet’s photo

- Font choices shown in the font chart—leave your selection in the personalization box
- One free set of design revisions is included
- Additional revision rounds are $10 each, invoiced to the email on file

Photo tips:
- Please send your absolute favorite photo(s) that best show your pet’s ears and features
- One clear, front-facing photo per pet is recommended so we’re drawing from an image you truly love
