To customize this with your pet’s portrait, please upload a clear photo to our file uploader. For multiple photos, upload them as a compressed ZIP file. If you have any trouble with this, simply email your pet’s photo/s to julie@barkleyandwagz.com.
We will send a design proof for approval to the email on file before printing.
Design process & photos
Please review the following so we can create a design you love: • Make sure the photo(s) you send are your absolute favorite photos of your pup, cat, or other pet and best represent their face, ears, and overall appearance.
• One front‑facing photo per pet is recommended so we don’t pick a photo to draw from that isn’t your favorite.
• We can draw any kind of animal—dogs, cats, and more—so feel free to send photos of any pets you’d like included. :)
Revisions policy
Due to high demand, we now allow one free set of design revisions per order. Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision, since it requires redrawing your pet and takes time.
If you need any changes beyond the first free set of design revisions, we bill a $10 fee to the email provided.
These are considered simple, free changes (not full design revisions): • Name change
• Font changes
• Design arrangement changes
• Changing the order of pets
