Due to high demand, our design proof processing times are 5–7 business days. So we can customize this with your pet's portrait, please upload a photo to our file uploader. For multiple photos, upload as a compressed zip file. If you have any trouble, simply email your pet's photo(s) and order number to julie@barkleyandwagz.com. We will send a design proof for approval to the email on file. You can also let us know if you'd like different fonts or design elements.
Please ensure the photo(s) you send are your absolute favorites and best represent your pet’s appearance and shape. One front-facing photo per pet is recommended so we don’t choose an image that isn’t your favorite. We can draw any kind of animal—feel free to include other pets as well!
Due to high demand, we now allow one set of free design revisions per order. Any change to the drawing itself is considered a revision and may require redrawing your pet. Additional revisions beyond the first free set incur a $10 fee, billed to the email provided. Simple changes such as name changes, font changes, design arrangement, or changing the order of pets are free.
