PLEASE NOTE: If you’ve already had a pet ears outline made with us or are buying this with another pet ears item, there is no extra design cost. If we have not yet made an outline for you, there is a one‑time $15 design fee that you can reuse on future orders.
To customize, upload a clear photo of your pet’s ears using our file uploader. For multiple photos, please use a compressed ZIP file. If you run into any issues, email your images to julie@barkleyandwagz.com and we’ll send a design proof to the email on file.
Due to high demand, design proofs take 5–7 business days. You’ll receive one free set of design revisions; changes to the drawing itself require redrawing your pet and count as a paid revision ($10 per additional revision set). Simple changes like name, font, layout, or pet order are free. We can draw any kind of animal, so feel free to include every member of your furry (or feathery, or scaly!) family.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for shipment after your design is approved.
